  • How soon can I expect to see improvements in my game?
    Some players start feeling it in just 1-2 matches, some need a couple months to adjust and regulate what they changed in their minds. Long-term consistency always takes over short-term success.
  • Do you track progress or offer performance reviews?
    Yes. We review your matches and track how you do. In other words, we can measure your improvement and make adjustments based on them.
  • How to start??
    First step would be to contact us, either it is: Instagram, email, phone, reservation.
  • Can you help with match-day nerves, choking, and confidence issues?
    Absolutely - this is exactly why we (WM) are out here! Designed to teach routines and techniques so you feel prepared and confident.
  • Do you provide worksheets, exercises, or follow-up materials?
    Yes! Even after finishing the course, you will have your own checklist, every day exercises, and a bunch of routines that you can keep using.
  • How long is each session?
    Teams Meeting usually takes 90 minutes with a break in between. Enough time to dive deep without overwhelming your mind. Though, player will be given a worksheet where he will spend another few minutes in a day.
  • Can sessions be done online, or only in person?
    If you are a local player, we will love to talk to you in-person. Winning Mindset provides online meetings as a fundament and that is why we are able to help you wherever you are located currently!
  • How often should I train my mental game — weekly, monthly?
    Mentality of a player is a long time process. Player never stops development of their mental strength, because every year of experience - you change. Therefore, there must be a lot of attention towards mental health and stability all the time.
  • What does a typical Winning Mindset session look like?
    Every session varies from one to another, since every player has personal things to work on. But there is a structure that we are following throughout the course: Talking through current struggles or recent matches Learning new mindset tools (routines, focus techniques, breathing, self-motivation, self-coaching, etc.) Practicing strategies you can apply the very next day at practice or tournament Winning Mindset is a unique community that is always happy to help and support every tennis player!
  • Do I need to be a certain skill level to benefit from mental training?
    Skill level does not matter here! 😊 From a recreational doubles match to an ATP/WTA 3 setter match: everyone needs to be focused, positive, hard-working to win the match. Therefore, every tennis player that competes is welcome to join WM Tennis!
  • What is Winning Mindset and how is it different from regular tennis lessons?
    Winning Mindset focuses on your mental side of the game - thing that a lot of players struggle with nowadays. We will maintain your mental state and improve routines, schedule, dedication, and motivation of any player that ever reaches out to us.
  • Is this only for competitive players, or can recreational players join too?
    Absolutely! Every tennis player can sign up now. We also provide Tennis Clinics for recreational players with NTRP: 3.0; 3.5; 4.0+ There is also Cardio Tennis and Beginner Clinics Available!
  • How can mindset coaching improve my match results?
    Most players lose matches they should win because of nerves, self-doubt, or lack of focus. With mindset training, you’ll learn proven tools to reset quickly, stay composed under pressure, and play with confidence when it matters most.
  • Do you offer group sessions or only one-on-one coaching?
    Traditionally, we offer one-on-one sessions coaching for maximum impact and attention. But we do offer group sessions and workshophs time to time.
  • What packages do you offer for mental performance training?
    We offfer: Starter Pack (3 one-on-one sessions, assestments, customized roadmap, visualization) Intensive (6 one-on-one sessions, progress tracking, between sessions communication) VIP Peak (long-term goals, emergency support, priority, webinars, private group)
  • Are there different pricing tiers depending on the program length?
    Yes! The longer program, the more value you get per session. Monthly or seasonal packages are more cost-effective that booking single sessions.
  • Do you have single-session options, or only long-term programs?
    Yes. You can book a single session via contacting us on gmail/text/phone. Many players see a benefit in a package once they did a single session.
